Auditing As legal auditors (licensed audit expert according to Art. 727b CO), we carry out the audit of the annual financial statement. We issue management letters and audit consolidated financial statements as well as capital decreases and increases and formation reports. Furthermore, the realisation and supervision of liquidations, financial recovery and mergers of companies as well as preparation of due diligence and evaluation reports are also part of our services.
