ContactPlus is continuing the legacy of Macfarlane Telesystems, which had a 25 year history of developing and implementing contact centre solutions. Our mission now is to leverage our innovative Contact+ software in conjunction with AI to create added value benefits for Amazon Connect, Amazon's contact centre solution, and to work as Amazon partners to bring the benefits of omni-channel communications to the wider SME market at prices it can afford. Contact+ embodies our unique concept of Conversation Management, providing the ability for organisations to manage complete conversations with their customers over a variety of channels including voice, email, SMS, web and social media. Contact+ differentiates itself from its competitors in its ability to: - simplify an increasingly complex agent operating environment, the benefits of which will be applied to Amazon Connect in the form of simplified and more intuitive user interfaces. - manage complete conversations with customers, presenting agents with a history of interactions across all media channels in a single thread. This will greatly enhance Amazon Connect agents' ability to quickly comprehend and resolve customer issues.
