Whilst we are seasoned users of Lean, 6 Sigma, TQM and many other organisational methodologies our core value start from Value Engineering (VE) and Value Management (VM) developed through BS EN 12973:2000. This benefits by mapping the organisation and permits benchmarking capabilities but pivotally the whole team is able to focus on gaps and opportunities that add major value to the operation but also achieve this through team "buy-in" which feeds appropriate culture frameworks and in turn supports successful implementation (the stumbling block of most consultancy projects).
