Over the years Construtora Calper has strengthened its name and built a solid brand, based on high professional, ethics and transparency standards, also ensuring fair prices and deliveries on time. Thus, the company has shown the quality of its buildings, the work's outcome of the market's best professionals. In 2010, under the leadership of João Queiroga, Calper started the "SEG" (Excellence in Management System, in English), an initiative to ensure a comprehensive and consistent approach in planning, direction, delegation and control. In 2011 Calper has launched twice more units than the previous year, and has accumulated a General Sales Value (VGV in Portuguese) that is nearly triple the number achieved in 2010.
