BICE VIDA Compañía de Seguros S.A. nació en el año 1993 a través de un joint venture entre Allianz, grupo asegurador alemán, uno de los más grandes del mundo y BICECorp empresa ligada al Grupo chileno Matte. A contar del año 1999 BICECorp tomó el control del 100% de BICE Vida. Con fecha 30 de mayo de 2004 BICECorp propietario de BICE Vida asume el control de Compañía de Seguros de Vida La Construcción S.A., adquiriendo el 100% de la propiedad accionaría de la Compañía, iniciándose un proceso de integración de ambas empresas. Este significativo acontecimiento nos permitió potenciar todas las bondades y fortalezas de ambas Compañías. Actualmente contamos con una extensa red de sucursales de Arica a Punta Arenas atendidas por personal altamente capacitado para entregar la calidad de servicio y responder de manera eficiente a las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
