Constructor Start is a global, equity-free 10-week startup program for DeepTech and Software+ founders turning validated technologies into scalable, investment-ready companies. Based at Constructor University in Bremen, Germany, and open to founders globally, the program is designed for technical founders, scientists, engineers and R&D leaders who already have a validated technical product, prototype or research breakthrough and are ready to move from technology development to commercial execution. Constructor Start Batch 5 focuses on technologies defining the next computing era: • Scalable Quantum Computing • Next-Generation Computing Hardware • AI-Native Software & Infrastructure • Machine Intelligence & AI Systems • AI & Robotics for Science & Industry • Next-Generation Data Infrastructure • Advanced Sensing & Measurement • Advanced Materials Over 10 weeks, founders work on four critical outcomes: validating the market, building a commercialization roadmap, creating commercial traction, and becoming investment-ready. Participants receive 1:1 mentorship and workshops with investors, technology executives, entrepreneurs and domain experts, alongside access to Constructor University’s research capabilities, global experts, technology partners and potential commercial connections. Constructor Start offers up to $1M in funding opportunities, including an initial $300K investment opportunity after Demo Day from Constructor Capital for selected winners. The program is particularly relevant for experienced technical founders, scientists commercializing research, and R&D or corporate innovation leaders building companies around differentiated technologies.
