Depending on the clients needs, we can provide complete project scheduling services or work in a supportive role. Our team has over 34 years of combined experience with higher-level education in multiple engineering disciplines and have worked on a variety of public, commercial, industrial, utility, FAA, OSHPD, and amusement park projects. We have also performed cost consulting, construction management, and progress monitoring services for numerous capital improvement and new construction projects. We have the education and certifications necessary to provide a credible work product; however, it is our added field and project management experience that distinguishes us from our competitors. CTS, Inc. provides custom CPM style construction schedules to help the client manage the planning, design and construction phases of a project. We also prepare as-built schedules and fragnets to support delay claims. Our schedules are formatted based on the client’s needs and typically include: • Identifying relationships between activities. • Identifying critical path activities. • Identifying milestones. • Grouping activities into specific categories or phases. • Responsibility, cost and resource loading if requested. • Billing/cash flow projections based on cost loaded schedule.
