Follow us for regular Welsh construction news and updates about built environment events in Wales. Who are we? We are an independent organisation promoting excellence in the built environment in Wales, funded by the Welsh Government. Our goal is to improve construction process in Wales by ensuring that the principles of rethinking construction outlined in reports produced by John Egan and Michael Latham become mainstream industry practice. We act as a link between Welsh Government, construction clients, the construction industry and end users of construction and infrastructure assets to improve construction processes through greater collaboration and integration between the parties, the adoption of innovative and sustainable practices and by focussing on value rather than lowest price. We do this by bringing people together, sharing best practices, influencing decision makers and by providing sound evidence that collaborative working bring long-life benefits to all. As well as improving business process through sharing best practices we also deliver the Welsh Government Construction Waste Minimisation Programme.
