Constellation Thesis is the personal investment fund of the founders of Hello Clever ($A300M valuation), backing exceptional founders at the earliest stages. Our philosophy is simple: build a constellation, not a concentrated portfolio. We make many small, high-conviction investments rather than a handful of large bets. The companies we back are often too early for institutional capital, and we're comfortable being early, taking risks, and learning quickly. Because we invest our own capital, we move differently. There are no LPs, no investment committees, and no deployment deadlines. We can make decisions in days, stay patient for the long term, and align with founders on their timeline. We invest primarily at the pre-seed stage across AI and financial technology, typically alongside angels and specialist early-stage funds. We don't lead rounds, take board seats, or burden founders with unnecessary governance. Our role is simple: back ambitious founders early and help when it matters.
