The Evergreen Association is proud to represent a network of nonprofit agencies including Evergreen Health and Community Access Services of WNY. The Association works collectively to address the health care and related needs of individuals and families living in the eight counties of WNY. Increasingly, we work with underserved and/or stigmatized individuals dealing with multiple chronic diseases such as HIV, diabetes and heart disease, mental health challenges and substance use; as well as with a variety of sexual minorities, many of whom are inadequately treated by mainstream providers.

Lake View is an Early College Science, Technology, Engineering and Math School (ECSS), which enables students to earn both a high school diploma and college credits. Microsoft is Lakeview’s ECSS partner. Mission Lake View High school fosters honor, ownership, mastery, and education through learning opportunities for all students in preparation for college, career, and community commitment.
