Consortium Investment Management is an experienced independent manager of alternative investment funds, non-mainstream pooled investments and collective investment schemes. We establish, administer and manage partnerships, companies and unit trusts on behalf of a wide range of property professionals, authorised advisers and private syndicates. We can help throughout the life of a fund, from the initial structuring, approval of promotional material and processing investor applications, to ongoing management such as providing directors, keeping financial records, managing bank accounts and undertaking investor reporting. We currently act as manager and operator of over 70 different investment funds. Currently, our largest fund holds over £400m of real estate and our smallest under £1m. Our team has substantial experience in property, accounting, law and pensions, so we can help with all aspects of the fund establishment and administration process.
