Also offered are complete evaluations for custom wheelchairs, either in your home or our office, we also provide a complete line of food supplements. Consolidated Medical delivers directly to your home; instructing the patient and family members complete use on all equipment. Our representatives ensure that all purchased and rented equipment is thoroughly explained and instructed. Our show rooms contain a complete line of home health care products and equipment and our staff is ready to assist you from 9 - 5 Monday through Friday and 9 - 12 on Saturdays. Medicare, Medicaid, MVP, Empire BC/BS, Private Insurance, HMO's, and credit cards are accepted. Our Experienced personnel will process your approved insurance billing for you.
