consigliere aims to solve problems for our clients in the business community by mediation or intervention. We are not lawyers, nor are we traditional business consultants. Our field of expertise is solving demanding problems and we are at our best when business gets personal. Typically, you will turn to us for assistance when your accountant cannot imagine a solution to your problems and your legal counsel is too timid. We are experienced in restructuring partnerships, assisting in raising new capital and facilitating major changes in start-ups and midsize companies. Our specialty is family-owned businesses in dire straits, where both our strong research arm and our capacity to envision new solutions can turn failure into fair prospects. consigliere currently has six partners, all with a solid and successful experience from the business world. Between us we speak Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), Danish, English, German and about ten other languages. Obviously, we are most tuned into the challenges of Central Europe and Scandinavia, however our reach and scope of understanding is broader than that.
