ConservationLinks is a smallholder-centered agricultural enterprise and a science-based environmental consultancy. Rooted in a 12-acre regenerative farm in Sri Lanka, our agricultural work spans a network of over 150 smallholder farmers cultivating shade-grown coffee, spices, and other agroforestry crops. We focus on biodiversity-friendly methods, in-house processing, and women-led quality control to ensure every product is traceable, ethically produced, and of the highest quality. With direct exports to environmentally conscious buyers across Europe and Asia, our value chain delivers measurable impact from farm to final cup. Founded in 2015, ConservationLinks also leads science-driven conservation work across 12 countries. Our consultancy portfolio includes over 40 multi-disciplinary projects and 60+ peer-reviewed publications. We have contributed to the conservation of more than 1 million hectares of forest and directly prevented deforestation in over 300,000 hectares. Our expertise spans biodiversity assessments, high conservation value (HCV) analysis, reforestation, and voluntary carbon market development.
