It is a registered company trading as Conroy Crowe Kelly Architects & Urban Designers and currently employs 14 staff. The company directors are Michael Crowe, Danny Kelly, Pamela Gill, David Curran and Martin Jordan. It is a Dublin based practice with considerable experience in health, residential, large scale mixed use development and urban based projects. The practice strongly advocates that all residential developments should be integrated with mixed-use either by reinforcing existing or providing new mixed use town/village centres. The work of Conroy Crowe Kelly has featured in several RIAI Housing Exhibitions as well as in the 'The New Housing' book published by the RIAI in 2000. Conroy Crowe Kelly benefit from the skills and experience of a large team. This consists of urban designers, architects, conservation architects, and architectural technologists, many of whom have double qualifications in these fields of expertise and further qualifications in project management, law and sustainable energy. Conroy Crowe Kelly offer a full range of architectural services from feasibility through the various planning stages to project completion. The practice aims to achieve the highest standards of design on building quality, working within programme and budget constraints determined by the client. The client base of the practice includes many large private developers and also Local Authorities under Part V of the Planning Act Plans in conjunction with both landowners and local authorities. We recently initiated the process to align our management system with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Standard, with a view to achieving accreditation in association with the National Standards Authority of Ireland, and furthermore to align our own Environmental Management System with IS0 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems in the Workplace.
