We started operating in the construction sector in 2009, and our energy, ambitions, application of modern technology and continuous growth have allowed us to gain strong positions in the market. From the very beginning, the main goal of our highly experienced team has been to become a flexible and reliable partner to our clients, to work closely with everyone involved in the construction process, provide the best proposals for the organization of works and problem solving. So now we are a promising, technologically advanced company with a modern approach to business that provides general contractor and construction works services and stands out with our innovative construction process management. We are among the first in Lithuania to implement and apply advanced certification systems and international construction standards, such as LEED, BREEAM, BIM, ISO, OHSAS and others. We accurately respond to customers’ needs and quickly deal arising problems. We have developed a specific OPTI PLAN programme that ensures smart construction cost management. We provide a broad service package from construction of modern commercial, industrial and residential objects to reconstruction of structures of different purpose. During twelve years of activities, we have deserved reputation as a reliable partner and became the third largest construction company in Lithuania: in 2015 our sales revenue reached EUR 51.8 million, 2.4 times more than in 2014. Our progress is also appreciated internationally: we were chosen among “1000 Companies to Inspire Europe 2016”, drawn by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).
