Territory Technology Solutions provides IT equipment sales, service and support advice to businesses and personal computer users throughout the Northern Territory. Michael Feldbauer created Territory Technology after seeing a large need in the small business sector for IT support that wasn’t currently being adequately met. In Michael’s words “small businesses were being neglected by large IT companies too busy or too big to understand their needs. Not only that but these small business had very little choice when it came to Qualified and Certified Support options at a reasonable price. As an approved Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a qualified Technician with over 20 years experience, I could fill that gap.” Michael went about rapidly expanding to cater for the ever, increasing demand for his services and soon took on more technicians.
With very little advertising and relying mostly on word of mouth Territory Technology has continued to increase in popularity and recently have bought on board the start of the sales team that specialised in selling only Tier 1 hardware solutions such as Toshiba, IBM and Netgear, these new staff concentrated on development and expanding Territory Technology's customer base exclusively in the small business sector.
