Over the past 13 years ConopCo has been involved in over 105 tenant interior projects and over 30 ground up suburban developments. We have amassed over 6 million square feet of successful tenant interior and build to suit projects, with a volume of $660 million. We return significant cost savings to our clients on their projects while utilizing our Integrated Project Management Approach.
