CONO was formed in 1976 to help neighborhoods improve the quality of life for their residents. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit that envisions a community in which everybody loves their neighborhood. Our mission is to inspire neighbors to create vibrant communities. We believe the core components of a vibrant community include: Unique Destinations, Neighborhood Pride, Connected Relationships, an Activated Community, Sustainability and Resilience, and Safety and Accessibility.
