Connie Information

Connie is Connecticut’s Health Information Exchange, or HIE. HIEs provide a safe, confidential way of sharing patient health information among doctors and healthcare organizations, and Connie's mission is to promote patient-centered care by supporting the quality, safety, and value of health care. At its center, Connie is about patients receiving the best possible health care, providing continuity in medical information, and providing secure, timely treatment for Connecticut residents.
