Connexions Loyalty Travel Solutions Information

3.7.1.1. Connexions Loyalty Travel Solutions LLC, and its affiliate, Loyalty Travel Agency LLC (collectively, "Travel Services"), provides the facility to enter into transactions with third party suppliers of travel content, including our wholesalers, airlines, hotels, car rentals, activities, cruises and tours (each, a "Supplier" and collectively, "Suppliers") by a website (the "Site") or phone. Travel Services acts as an agent for, and sells various travel related products as agent on behalf of, the Suppliers. Any services Travel Services provides to you are collateral to that agency relationship. Travel Services obligation to you is (and you expressly authorise us to) to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and the Suppliers. 3.7.1.2. Travel Services exercises care in the selection of reputable Suppliers, but Travel Services itself is not a provider of the underlying travel products and services and has no control over, or liability for, the products and services provided by the Suppliers, which Suppliers are third parties. All bookings are made on your behalf are subject to the terms and conditions, including conditions of carriage and limitations of liability, imposed by the Suppliers. Travel Services can provide you with copies of the relevant service provider terms and conditions on request. Your legal rights in connection with the provision of the underlying travel products and services are against the specific Supplier and are not against Travel Services, except to the extent a problem is caused by fault on Travel Services' part. Specifically, if for any reason (excluding fault on by Travel Services) any Supplier is unable to provide the travel products or services for which you have contracted, your rights are against that Supplier and not against Travel Services. 3.7.1.3. Suppliers impose different terms and conditions on the sale of the specific travel products/services/activities featured by Travel Services. You should carefully read all the terms and conditions specific to the product you are booking before finalising your transaction. 3.7.1.4. Reward point redemptions will be deducted from your reward program account. Payments by credit card will appear on your monthly card statement as "CL *Trip Charges" or as a charge from the Supplier. 3.7.1.5. Travel Services is located in the United States of America and this transaction is taking place in the United States of America. You consent to the processing of the information related to your transaction in the United States of America and/or the European Union and you consent to the transfer of your data by Travel Services to the applicable Suppliers (usually located in the country/ies to which you are travelling), as well as any aggregators that participate in the transaction, so they may fulfill your selected travel. In consenting to the processing and transfer of your personal information overseas, you understand that Travel Services will not be accountable under your country's privacy laws for an overseas recipient's breach of that legislation in relation to that personal information, and you will not be able to seek redress for such breach in the country where you live. 3.7.1.6. Travel Services is required to comply with all restrictions and rules applicable to travel services issued by the U.S. Government, from time to time, including, without limitation, the sanctions issued by the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC"). Such restrictions and rules may prevent Travel Services from offering travel to specific destinations or individuals, as the case may be.
