ConnectME: Building Bridges through Business. Connect ME aims to support economic development and job creation in Palestine and the wider Middle East and North Africa region (MENA), while maintaining a special focus on incorporating women and youth into the fabric of social and economic advancement. By leveraging ConnectME's strategic partnerships with such prominent international actors and institutions as the U.S. Department of State and the Aspen Institute, ConnectME has been able to create high-level and highly visible platforms upon which business relationships and collaborations have been forged and exposure of the Palestinian private sector to international markets has been expanded, encouraging secured investment by all stakeholders. Additionally, Connect ME seeks to support the Palestinian private sector bottom-up by also identifying needed educational and training programs that could equip Palestinian women and youth with relevant skills for the current job market; In pursuit of this goal, Connect ME assists in establishing partnerships between both American universities and institutions, and their relevant counterparts in Palestine.
