At Connections, Inc., established in 1997, we believe that every individual has human value and should be afforded equal dignity, respect, and the opportunity to purse happiness. We believe that everyone is capable of growth and has the right to live and work in his/her own community with formal and informal supports as much as is needed to live a normal and satisfying lifestyle. our goal is to help each of our consumers reach their physical, social, intellecturall and vocational potential as directed by the consumer through their formal plan of service. We are a small but talented and experienced staff that will work directly with you to achieve your goals. When you are working the Connections, you are working the company owners. Michael Ferrier is President of Connections, Inc. and his wife, Kristin, manages the Fiscal Support Entity (FSE) Services. Michael graduated from the University of MN with a degree in psychology and has worked in the social services field with DD adults for over 35 years! Kristin has a degree in social work from St Olaf College and has worked in both direct service and financial services for various health care companies over the past 25 years. Our motto is, "Stay involved and close to the service!"
