Connections Community Support Programs, Inc. provides a comprehensive array of health care, housing, and employment opportunities that help individuals and families to achieve their own goals and enhance our communities. Connections has operated in Delaware since 1985. We offer a range of services in more than 100 locations throughout Delaware including all of Delaware’s unified correctional system. Our 1,600 employees serve more than 35,000 people each year. We are a multifaceted nonprofit organization that assists people with psychiatric and intellectual disabilities, as well as those with substance use disorders, homeless veterans and their families, families in crisis, and men and women who are incarcerated.
