The Connecting Cheshire Superfast Business service has now ended. The programme has been a huge success, the target of supporting 900 businesses has been exceeded and over 15,000 hours of support has been delivered through a range of 1:1 meetings with a Digital Business Adviser, ICT Specialist or by attending our range of events. Although the service has finished businesses can still access our online Knowledge Hub until the end of 2015. A £1.5m project with an objective to provide a tailored and fully funded support package to 900 SMEs across Cheshire and Warrington, the service was developed to help businesses exploit the opportunities of Digital Technology and Superfast Broadband to both enhance and grow their business. Led by Peninsula Enterprise and Groundwork Cheshire the programme was delivered on behalf of the Local Authorities and was an ERDF Competitiveness part-funded programme operating from September 2013 until the end of June 2015.
