ConnectHear Information

ConnectHear is the largest disability tech platform in South Asia, now expanding globally. Founded by a Child of Deaf Adults and an AI technologist, ConnectHear leverages AI-based technology to enable access to independent communication and information for Persons with Disabilities, improving their quality of life and integrating them into the global economy. From its early days, it received overwhelming support from the community and companies seeking accessibility services. This initial success led to partnerships with various organizations, the nation’s first ever Deaf-inclusive concert, efforts to improve election accessibility and a job fair solely for Persons with Disabilities. Since the launch of their one-tap interpretation app, ConnectHear has provided over 1,000,000 minutes of sign language interpretation and has powered major public and private institutions in ensuring accessibility for employees and customers with disabilities. ConnectHear also works with more than 100 companies as their accessibility consultants. It has won the TiE Women Global Competition among 40+ global chapters and has been recognized by The Diana Awards, World Summit Award, Draper University, and Forbes for its impact and growth.
