Powered by CloudMD, ConnectedCare provides a safe space to talk and offers a comprehensive range of counselling services for youth (ages 12-25) via mobile app – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – including face-to-face, video conferencing or phone options with more than 4,500 certified psychologists in multiple languages.
