Connected Mind is a mental health screening and testing platform. One screen covers six conditions — depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and somatic symptom disorder — in eight yes/no questions, in about a minute. When the screen flags a condition, validated deeper testing starts automatically and takes two to five minutes on average. A structured report reaches the chart before the provider walks into the room. Screen wide, test deep. The screen helps you identify conditions a short visit rarely has room to ask about. Connected Mind does not diagnose — that judgment stays with the clinician. Every screening is billable, deeper testing bills separately, and billing guidance is included in every report.
