ConnectCounty Holdings Bhd (CCHB) Information

We were incorporated in Malaysia on 18 June 2003 as a private limited company under the name Better Span Sdn Bhd. On 31 July 2003, we changed our name to ConnectCounty Holdings Sdn Bhd and we were subsequently converted into a public company on 19 December 2003. On 20 October 2005, we were listed on the then MESDAQ Market (now known as the ACE Market) of Bursa Securities Berhad. We are a holding company with subsidiaries in China, USA and Singapore. Our overseas subsidiaries are Rapid Conn (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. (RCC), Rapid Conn Inc. (RCI), and Rapid Conn (S) Pte. Ltd. (RCS), which are collectively known as the Rapid Conn Group. We (through our subsidiaries) are an integrated provider of interconnect solutions with highly automated manufacturing facilities in China. We undertake the design, development, manufacture, marketing, sales and related services of cables, wires, connectors and related products. We also offer vertically integrated services for in-house parts and sourcing activities, and undertake our own R&D operations. Our advanced interconnect and cable solutions cater for diverse industries and applications globally – our key industries include: automotive, white goods, smart connected devices (i.e. mobile and wearables), connected homes and offices, and telecommunication. All three subsidiaries maintain and manage their individual portfolio of customers and industrial markets, both domestically and globally, and assume direct ownership and responsibility over the sales and marketing of cables, connectors and related products.
