Invest in the Future of Leadership Young people are done waiting. They’re organizing, advocating, and creating powerful change. What they need now is our support, guidance, access, and real-world opportunities to build on their momentum and amplify their impact. That’s why Women Connect4Good created Connect4Impact, a bold leadership initiative designed to equip young women (ages 16–20) with the tools, experiences, and support they need to lead in their schools, communities, and beyond. Connect4Impact is a leadership initiative designed to equip young women with the tools they need to step up and lead in their schools, communities, and the larger world. Working alongside organizational partners and friends, participants receive hands-on learning in the areas of philanthropy, activism, civic engagement, social justice, leadership, storytelling, and grantmaking—all to develop cohorts of confident, savvy, empowered, and socially conscious young leaders ready to make an impact. Introducing the Connect4Impact Network To support these young changemakers, we’re created the Connect4Impact Network—a dynamic circle of mentors, advisors, organizational partners, and friends committed to shaping the next generation of leadership. This is not just a support system. It’s a movement. One built on the belief that real leadership is a responsibility—and that by investing in young leaders, we shape a better future for everyone.
