Welcome to Connect2Group We are a Disability Service Provider providing the Highest Standard of Care to People with Disability Connect2Group receives funding from both the Australian Federal Government and the Queensland State Government to provide Specialist Services to People with a Disability. All Connect2Group Sites are easily accessible for all people and Connect2Group provides services for hearing/vision and wheel chair With over 20 years involvement in the community, Connect2Group has fostered change in disability services with support provisions incorporating Employment Services at Cleveland, Buranda, Mount Gravatt and Wacol; In-Home Support; Accommodation Services; Lifestyle Options; Mental Health support networks as well as the behavioural support units at The Park in Wacol. Looking to the future, Connect2Group will continue to thrive in the disability sector with our clients as our inspiration advocating with, and for, people with disability while encouraging community integration, providing information on disabilities and promoting acceptance.
