As co-owners, councils gain full transparency and flexibility, with surplus income generated for reinvestment into local services. Our joint ventures now support a wide range of roles — from social care and education to environmental and technical services — across Dorset, Dudley, Hackney, Halton, Hampshire, Kent, Luton and Surrey. To date we have returned £7.2m to our partner councils. Supporting communities, 70% of people who have been hired are from the local area and more than 2,750 roles have been filled including for previously long term unemployed.
