About Confluence Water As part of Sydney Water's pioneering delivery model, Partnering for Success (P4S), Confluence Water is Sydney Water's North Delivery Team. We proudly provide design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management services for Sydney Water's North region. Confluence Water is a joint venture comprising Downer Utilities, Jacobs, and Ventia. All three companies have a long and rich history of service for Sydney Water, the water industry and the infrastructure industry in Australia. About Sydney Water's Partnering for Success (P4S) delivery model Partnering for Success (P4S) is Sydney Water's innovative infrastructure and delivery model that simplifies supply chains and delivers best-practice customer solutions for capital work projects. P4S offers integration, consistency and the best value for customers. As part of the delivery model, in July 2020, Sydney Water entered a 10-year partnership with three Regional Delivery Consortia (RDCs) across their North, South and West regions. Each RDC is responsible for delivering design, construction, maintenance, and facilities management services for Sydney Water customers. Confluence Water is proud to be Sydney Water's northern RDC.
