Confluence Facilitation Information

Confluence Facilitation was founded by Naomi Roswell and Xaver Kandler to provide creative and responsive facilitation to progressive, justice-oriented organizations. We have complementary strengths as facilitators— Xaver’s strategic vigor and acumen and Naomi’s ingenuity at building community and tending to group dynamics underpin our work together. Whether we’re facilitating staff and board retreats, supporting strategic visioning, or planning campaign escalation arcs, we see people and organizations in their full complexity and remain outcome-oriented. Our clients can expect us to build trust swiftly, understand the heart and spirit of their work, make space for every person to be heard, and spotlight the specific decisions that need to be made. And, in order to be accessible to even the smallest and newest organizations we have a sliding scale rate structure.
