Our company name Confianza is a cultural concept meaning mutual respect and trust. We believe that Respect changes the status quo and communities are built on trust. Equity, Language and Literacy (ELL) are our passion and our mission. We are dedicated to supporting educators and organizations. As a woman-founded and woman-run enterprise, we are a small business with a big impact. Each member of our team comes with her own expertise and specialty experience. Our commitment is to both the ELL students and affected employees as well as to the schools and companies we are supporting. Our founding principle is one of passion for individuals who are learning English in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
