CONE Architecture Information

CONE ARCHITECTURE was founded in Seattle around a core group of individuals that make a collective impact on the future of urban housing. Cone is committed to making architecture that is relevant, responsive, and respectful to the needs of our clients and the communities we serve. In 2021 we launched our second office location, CONE Carolina, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The expansion establishes an opportunity to broaden our practice to new urban environments and make an impact on the future of housing in the south-east. We are happy to be a collaborative practice; one in which ideas are shared freely, that encourage explorative concepts that ultimately turn into effective and unique design solutions. The underlying principles that guide our work are rooted in the tenets of simplicity.
