Condor Petroleum Information

Condor Petroleum Inc. ("Condor" or the "Company") is a public, non-listed international oil and gas company with exploration and production activities in Canada and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2007, the Company has acquired and is managing a very sizeable portfolio of exceptional assets. Condor is headquartered in Calgary, Canada and maintains operations offices in Kazakhstan. Three Kazakhstan Territories are currently being explored, which exceed a total area of 32,000 sq kms (12,350 sq miles). The Territories are located in regions of proven hydrocarbon systems, with several wells having flowed oil / gas or demonstrated positive shows. There are numerous prospective targets which are supported by extensive historical information and modern data collection activities. Efforts are ongoing to develop and realize a production potential of up to 50,000 barrels oil-equivalent per day from the three Territories. These Territories are strategically located between China, Russia and Europe, and near existing or developing infrastructure, including construction of a new 1 trillion cubic foot (TCF) gas pipeline in southern Kazakhstan. Condor has also acquired a package of producing oil and gas properties in Alberta and Saskatchewan. This provides the Company with an asset base which to establish operating activities in Canada and lead the way for additional growth in the domestic market.
