Founded in 1991, CONDAR Consulting Inc. is a product-independent records and information management (RIM) consultancy. CONDAR's head office is located in Ottawa, ON. The Southern Ontario office in Brampton, ON opened in fall 1999. CONDAR offers a full line of advisory services relating to the management of recorded information (all media) such as: strategic plans, policies and procedures development; service delivery options analysis and business case preparation; records and information management (RIM) tools development (e.g. records classification systems, records retention schedules, etc.); customized training (development and delivery); organizational re-alignment; evaluation and audit of records and information management (RIM) programs; and assistance in converting from manual to automated systems by performing such tasks as assessing requirements, developing purchasing specifications, evaluating vendor bids, etc. We are records and information management (RIM) specialists whose only focus is records and information management (RIM) consulting.
