Originally from South Africa, Dave and Jenny could not understand the lack of pre-fab concrete fence manufacturers in Texas. They quickly set out to fill the void and purchased one mold capable of constructing five linear feet of fence per day. They then played around with color schemas to find colors that matched the natural beauty and landscape of Central Texas. When they finally manufactured enough concrete to actually construct a fence, Dave and Jenny were forced to install the entire fence themselves - a challenging task in its own right!. From these humble beginnings, Concretex has evolved into a large company capable of manufacturing and installing over 15 miles of pre-fab concrete fence every year. In the First Quarter of 2017, Concretex was purchase by Jim Bohart and Len Tesoro with the goal of rapidly expanding the product line and production capacity. Jim and Len have both lived in the Austin area for most of their lives. Combined, they possess over 25 years of management experience.
