Concierge New York, LLC Information

Concierge was founded in 2000, with offices in London and New York. Our New York office opened in 2008, and consists of a small team that looks after a capped number of high net worth families. In order to maintain our standards, membership is capped at one hundred between London and New York. Concierge offers a comprehensive range of services for our members including helping with day-to-day requests, organizing travel, planning events and assisting with household recruitment. Everything we do is highly personalized and delivered by a caring and conscientious team. We know that in order to work effectively, we must understand our members' priorities, needs and preferences. It is only then that we can offer the essential service that has become our trademark. Concierge has helped recruit, train and manage our members’ household staff with such success that in 2016, we launched Concierge Household. We now provide this hands-on, high touch staff management to clients outside of our membership. Our service is designed to appeal to not only busy families, but also to the family offices and private wealth management groups that have for so long been providing this support.
