Conchita Espinosa Academy Information

Conchita Espinosa Academy (CEA) is a co-educational independent private school for K3 through eighth grades. Since 1933, Conchita Espinosa Academy™ (CEA) has followed founder Conchita Espinosa’s vision of education, The Espinosa Method™, which is designed to ignite students’ curiosity and encourage their love of learning. CEA offers students a strong academic foundation and immersion in the arts and humanities from an early age in an intimate environment that supports students’ development and helps them grow to become well-rounded, creative, and confident individuals. CEA’s facilities, educational programs and curriculum are thoughtfully designed to meet the specific needs of each developmental stage from K3 through 8th grade, creating thinkers and doers who are prepared to thrive in the twenty-first century. Through the integration of solid academic and arts curricula, students learn to think. They develop leadership skills, compassion, creativity, a sense of duty, self-awareness, and develop pride in themselves and their community. At CEA, students love school because they experience more than a school. Students prepare for the world through the development of their character and intellect, through experiential learning and exploration, and by cultivating integrity, kindness, and empathy through a culture of respect, social and self-awareness, and moral responsibility. CEA houses Conchita Espinosa Conservatory of the Arts, an after-school program offering group and private classes in dance, music, theatre, and visual arts. *Accredited internationally, nationally and regionally by Accreditation International (Ai), National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA), National Independent Private Schools Association (NIPSA), the Middle States Association (MSA), COGNIA (previously SACS/AdvancEd), and the Association of Independent Schools of Florida (AISF).
