Concept Electronics Information

Concept Electronics, established in 1991, provides engineering solutions for online dynamic weighing, material flow measurement and proportional feeding systems for process industries. With 30+ years of field experience, we undertake the complete lifecycle of weighing and feeding systems — from consultancy, system design and development to manufacturing, testing, installation, commissioning and maintenance. Our core solutions include weigh feeders, belt weighers, hopper weighing and batching systems, dosing belt feeders, solid flow feeders, loss-in-weight systems, truck weighbridges and platform weighing systems. We also design and manufacture associated material-handling components including feed hoppers, inlet and outlet chutes and rotary airlock valves. Beyond new systems, we provide erection, installation and commissioning, annual maintenance contracts, system support, retrofits and import-substitute spares for dynamic weighing and industrial automation systems across different makes and brands. Our manufacturing and engineering capabilities also include electrical and electronic control panels, AC VFD systems, APFC panels, power transformer panels, power quality solutions and IoT-based data, monitoring, alert and control systems. With 1,000+ weighing equipment installations and commissioning projects, our solutions have been delivered across steel, cement, mining, chemicals and fertilizers, power, food, pharma, paper and other process industries, in India and overseas. Our focus is simple: reliable engineering, accurate measurement and practical solutions for demanding industrial processes.
