Founded in 1986 as Chocolaterie Duval and taken over in 2011 by Maxime Pliester, Maison Pliester – Chocolatier (formerly Concept Chocolate) is a Brussels-based artisanal chocolaterie located on Rue des Chardons in Schaerbeek, 10 minutes from the city centre. Ten dedicated artisans craft everything 100% by hand in our atelier — pralines, truffles, filled tablets, spreads and seasonal collections — using authentic Belgian chocolate made with 100% cocoa butter. Nearly 40 years of Belgian chocolate craftsmanship, passed down and perfected. 🍫 Our speciality: personalised chocolate Your idea becomes a chocolate. Logo moulding, sculpture, transfer printing — we create bespoke chocolate for hundreds of businesses, hotels, associations and event organisers every year. Custom gift boxes, corporate gifts, end-of-year presents, hotel welcome packs, wedding favours.
