Computerhq is a wholly owned subsidiary of LJSystems, based in Hayward, California. Computerhq ships products from many warehouses in the United States, and is a web/mailorder company ONLY. No in-person pickups of parts are allowed at any of our locations throughout the US. While we prefer that you place your order online, we do accept phoneorders at no extra charge. You can check the status of your orders online, as well as track your packages with UPS. Before you place an order, check your shipping cost by clicking on checkout and entering your zip code. Important Notice #1: For your protection we verify both billing and shipping addresses. Virtually all major credit card issuers allow at least one alternate shipping address. If you would like your order shipped to an address that is different from your billing address, the shipping address must be on file with the credit card company. We generally do not make exceptions to this rule. Important Notice #2: We generally ship in-stock items ordered before 1pm the same day, but do not guarantee this. 90% of all orders are shipped either the same day or next day. This means that if you order an item on Monday, shipped 2nd day air, in most cases it arrives Wednesday or Thursday. UPS guarantees on-time delivery of air shipments, but only counts working days as shipping days. If we ship an item out on a Thursday, 2nd day air, it should arrive on Monday. The most common cause for a delayed order is that the shipping address is not on file with the credit card company. Please make sure your credit card company has your alternate shipping address on file before, or shortly after, placing your order. Customer service is important to us, and we strive to ship everything out as quickly as possible.
