COMPUTER SERVICES USA was founded in 1985 as a home-based computer on-site "Break/Fix" business serving the far-south suburbs of Chicago. In 2005 the company moved to its own store-front computer repair facility located in in Evergreen Park, IL USA, servicing both small business and the consumer end user. Over the years CSUSA has grown at a very rapid pace gaining an over 3500 small business & home-consumer client base. In 2008, CSUSA started offering MANAGED IT & NETWORK SECURITY SERVICES to its already existing commercial "Break/Fix" client base with great success. CSUSA converted over three-quarters of its corporate business customers to the MANAGED IT & NETWORK SECURITY platform. CSUSA is now offering MANAGED IT & NETWORK SECURITY SERVICES to small and medium businesses of any size and type. CSUSA employs a number of Microsoft® Certified IT Professionals who each manage a combination of 1000 servers, workstations, laptops, notebooks, net books, hand-held mobile computing devices, and network peripheral devices in our 4,000 square foot Network Operations Control Center facility. CSUSA is committed to provide the total commitment and responsibility it takes to guard corporate networks it has under Service Level Agreements with its clients that insure the "WATCH DOG" protection and preventative maintenance required for their computer networks.
