Some say we are a throwback to a bygone era when it comes to our approach to customers. We don't use words like integrity, honesty and accountability as an advertising tactic. That is the core of how we conduct business. There are many of our peers who prey on a business's dependence on technology, we don't. Our method is based on a very simple concept, the longer you are in business, the longer we are in business. One of our goals is something our competitors would never dream of; we don't want to see you. Well, we do want to see you but not for the same problem. The less you need to call us, the better we have done our jobs. We understand that a lot of people do not really care what the problem is, they just want it fixed but for those who ask, we will explain everything we did and show you how we did it. We will be the first to tell you that we don't know. Other consultants will show you an alphabet of credentials but all of our technician carry a different credential. We are all Google Certified. That means when we don't know the answer, we know how to find it. Just so you know, all of our technicians are bilingual. We speak tech and English and can translate for you. Just don't ask us what all the acronyms they kids use when the text. The only one we know is WTF.
