If you purchase a new custom built computer, with recommended parts, from us, and you have any hardware problems with it in the first year, we will look at it and if the problem occurred because of normal wear and tear, we will fix or replace the part for free for the first year. That is how confident we are in the parts we recommend. We also sell used computer parts and systems, for those we offer a 30 day hardware guarantee.
