Since the CompuSport Team was introduced to our organization, their incredible software system has taken our Association by storm. We first used CompuSport at our Las Vegas World Pool Championships in 2012. The customer service is always friendly, timely and helpful. They are willing to do whatever it takes to correct your issues and ensure the success of your event. We truly believe in CompuSport and its expert staff. Many organizations have 'valued vendors' that provide key products and services, but few earn the 'partner' status that CompuSport has achieved with the AMOA-NDA. In a relatively brief time span, CompuSport's event management system has been a gamechanger in enhancing tournaments and league play in our sport. As important and as impressive as its 'products' have been is CompuSport's commitment to customer service and continuous improvement. As our 'partner,' CompuSport has a clear understanding of our organization, sport and players. American CueSports Alliance (ACS) uses CompuSport for two reasons: 1). its the most convenient program for efficiently administering our large events; and 2). its very user-friendly and convenient for our attendees online! We have not found any better program for administering pool tournaments. And the customer support is the best weve ever experienced from any company. CompuSport is far and away the best online tournament productions software out there, and the only one I would recommend to others. Its practical, intuitive, and very user-friendly. In addition, it is extremely versatile, which is HUGE for us considering the many different styles of tournaments we produce each year. Top that off with their excellent customer service and support, and I cannot recommend it enough. The people are great, and their program is brilliant! You, and your audience, wont be disappointed.
