Payroll Service, you will receive a complete payroll package each pay period. Inside you'll find processed payroll checks ready for signature or direct deposit notifications along with essential management reports including: Payroll Summary detailing gross & net payroll figures and notice of payroll tax liabilities Check Register Payroll Journals Deduction Reports Earnings Year to Date Report Submit your payroll totals in the format that best suits your needs, either by Phone, Fax or Email. Federal Taxes - We compute your federal tax liability; you may elect to have a check issued or have taxes electronically transferred from your bank account. Additionally, we complete and file all the appropriate quarterly and annual tax returns. Federal Unemployment Taxes (FUTA) - We process your FUTA tax payments on a quarterly basis and can either issue a check for the tax liability or electronically transfer the total FUTA tax from your bank account. We also complete the annual 940 Federal Tax Return. State Income Taxes - We compute your state tax liability; you may elect to have a check issued or have taxes paid through electronic transfer from your bank account. We complete and file all the appropriate State quarterly and annual tax returns. State Unemployment Taxes - We compute your state unemployment tax liability and issue a check for payment of taxes due. We complete and file all the appropriate State Unemployment tax returns quarterly. All tax filings are sent to you signature ready, included in the package will be your copies of all quarterly and annual returns for your permanent records.
