CompTech IT Solutions is a Blackpool-based managed IT and cyber security company founded in 2008, supporting businesses, schools, academy trusts and charities across Lancashire and the North West. We're founder-led and most of our clients have been with us for years, which says more than a brochure would. Our engineers know your setup, respond quickly and come to site when something can't be fixed remotely, and we work on 90-day rolling terms so you stay because the service is good rather than because the contract says so. Security runs through everything we do. We hold Cyber Essentials Plus, we help clients achieve it, and we go beyond the certificate with proper backup and recovery, vulnerability management, awareness training and incident response planning. For schools and trusts we provide cyber governance for senior leadership aligned to the DfE Digital and Technology Standards, turning government guidance into practical actions. We provide managed IT support both onsite and remote, cyber security from Cyber Essentials through to ongoing resilience, Microsoft 365 setup, migration, security and licensing including non-profit licensing for charities, cloud, infrastructure, networking and telephony, and school and trust cyber governance and DfE standards assurance. We're based at Lancaster House on the Blackpool Enterprise Zone and cover Blackpool, the Fylde, Preston, Lancaster and across the North West.
